What do we know about the 13st of November?

International Observances and Commemorative Dates:
- World Kindness Day. A holiday that calls for compassion, mutual aid, and performing good deeds. It has been celebrated since 1998.
- International Day of the Blind. Established by decision of the World Health Organization (WHO) in 1984. The date is timed to the birthday of Valentin Haüy, founder of the first schools for the blind and inventor of the "uncial" script.
- World Quality Day. A floating holiday, celebrated on the second Thursday of November. (Note that if November 13 is not the second Thursday, this holiday does not fall on it.)
- World Usability Day. A floating holiday, also falling on the second Thursday of November.
