- Student Day in Ukraine (Coincides with International Students' Day. Officially established by Presidential Decree of Ukraine in 1999.)
- Day of Agricultural Workers
International Observances and Commemorative Dates:
- International Students' Day Established in 1941 at an international student meeting in London in memory of the tragic events in Czechoslovakia in 1939, when the Nazi occupiers dispersed a student demonstration, executed nine students and activists, and arrested over a thousand people, sending them to a concentration camp.
- World Prematurity Day Established at the initiative of the European Foundation for the Care of Newborn Infants (EFCNI) to raise awareness of the issue of premature birth and its consequences, and to support families facing the birth of a preterm baby. Children born before the 37th week of pregnancy are considered preterm.
